What self-contained actually means
Our van carries its own water tank and its own power. That sounds like a detail until you try to book detailing at an apartment block, an office car park or a job site, where there is no outside tap and no accessible socket. Those are exactly the places most mobile setups quietly cannot serve.
It also means we are not drawing on your utilities or running a cable through a window. We arrive, we work, we leave. You do not need to be present for most of it, provided we can access the vehicle and have somewhere safe to set up.
What belongs in a driveway and what does not
Maintenance washing, interior work, extraction, decontamination and sealant application all travel perfectly well. Those are the bulk of what we do mobile and the results are the same as in the shop.
Ceramic coating is the honest exception. Coatings need controlled dust, temperature and humidity while they flash and cure, and a driveway offers none of those. We would rather bring the car to North Street for a coating than do it badly outdoors and have it fail in six months. Correction sits in between: light work is fine outside, multi-stage work wants indoor lighting.

Booking several vehicles at one address is the most efficient way to use us, which is why we do a lot of work at family homes with two or three cars and at small business premises.
