Fleet & Dealership Reconditioning
Volume work runs differently from retail detailing. A dealer needs cars photographed and on the lot, a contractor needs a van fleet that does not look neglected on a customer's driveway, and both need it to happen on a predictable schedule at a predictable price. We quote this wholesale, per vehicle, against an agreed standard — so you know what each unit costs before the month starts.

Why volume work is quoted differently
Retail detailing is priced per job because every car arrives in a different state. Fleet and dealership work is priced per unit against an agreed standard, because predictability is worth more to you than optimising each vehicle individually.
We start by looking at a sample vehicle with you and agreeing exactly what a finished unit looks like. That standard becomes the spec, the spec becomes the per-unit price, and you know your cost per vehicle before the month starts rather than after.
Lot-ready versus fleet maintenance
These are different jobs with different economics. A trade-in needs to photograph well and be on the lot quickly, so the work concentrates on presentation and turnaround. A working van or truck needs to look credible on a customer's driveway every week, so the work is lighter but recurring and consistency matters more than peak finish.
We run both, and we will tell you which one your situation actually is. Buying lot-ready prep on a maintenance cycle wastes your money; buying maintenance work on a trade-in leaves it looking like a trade-in.
Working on your site
The van is self-sufficient on water and power, so we can work at your lot or yard without needing facilities. For most fleet customers that is the deciding factor, because moving vehicles to us costs them more in downtime than the detailing costs in the first place.
We review the standard with you periodically rather than letting it drift, which is the usual failure mode with volume work. If something is slipping we would rather hear it from you early than find out when the contract is not renewed.
Good to Know
Fleet & Dealership Reconditioning — Frequently Asked Questions
Do you price differently for volume?
Yes. Fleet and dealership work is quoted wholesale per unit rather than at retail rates.
Can you work at our lot?
Yes — the van brings its own water and power, so we do not need facilities on site.
What is the minimum?
It depends on the vehicles and the location. Talk to us about what you are running and we will tell you whether it makes sense.
Can you handle recurring schedules?
That is normally how fleet work runs — an agreed cycle rather than one-off bookings.
Do you do ceramic coating on fleet vehicles?
We can, and for some commercial fleets the easier washing genuinely pays back. We will be straight with you about whether it does for yours.
