Upstate Auto Detailing is a small, locally owned operation working out of 40 North Street in Saratoga Springs. We are not a volume car wash and we do not try to be. Most of what we do is correction and protection work, which means the job starts with looking at the paint properly and taking readings, not with reaching for a machine.

That approach decides a lot of what we say to people. Clear coat is finite, so we measure before polishing and we stop when a panel has nothing left to give. A coating seals in whatever is underneath it, so we correct first rather than locking in the swirl marks. And when a scratch has gone through the clear coat, or a coating will not solve the thing that is actually bothering you, we would rather tell you that up front than take the money.
